It’s a supportive tool after activation, stress, or flashbacks to help you return to calm awareness.

Disclaimer: Continue this practice only if it feels calming and supportive. If discomfort arises, open your eyes wider and take a few grounding breaths. This recording is for regulation support and is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical treatment.
