Hello Dear Ones,

In the previous lesson, we explored the idea of capacity and how it grows through small, supportive moments over time.

In this lesson, we turn toward your sense of self.

Over time, especially in full or cross-cultural seasons, parts of us can become quieter as more of our energy goes toward what is needed.

Here we’ll explore how reconnecting with different parts of yourself can expand your internal support and strengthen your capacity.

Track 5: Lesson 2

Activity: Exploring the Parts of Me

In this activity, you’ll begin to map out different parts of yourself—your roles, your qualities, your interests, and the ways you show up in your life.

Together, we’ll explore what feels present, what feels more distant, and what may be ready to come back into view.

This activity helps you gently rebuild a fuller sense of self, allowing you to draw on more internal support in your day-to-day life.

You’ll want to have your workbook nearby for this activity.
